# AI assistance & automation: AI for content variants, personalisation and faster iterations.

Designed and built a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) model connected to live company knowledge bases. The system delivers AI-assisted answers to branding and marketing questions for both internal teams and external stakeholders — in the correct brand voice, every time.

# Brand & Design: CI refresh, UI kits and high-fidelity mockups; prototyping in Adobe XD.

# Operational Flow: End-to-end prototype for air medical services – from enquiry to dispatch to mission approval.

# Quote-to-Flight: Automated connection/routing calculator for quick quotes and reliable flight chains. KPIs & Automation, Customer response.

# KPIs (e.g. first response, quote time) bundled in the dashboard; reporting automations for team and management overview.

Outcome: Brand voice consistency at scale across all channels and markets. Content production time reduced significantly. Built independently — the architecture, prompt design and knowledge base structure were all self-developed. Likely one of very few aviation CMOs in the DACH region to have deployed this independently.
