Built and led the full marketing organisation from the ground up — strategy, team of 5, and a €500K annual budget. Delivered a complete rebrand and deep IBE portal UX transformation. Worked closely with Qatar Airways to position Doha as a premium travel destination for the DACH and Benelux markets — co-marketing campaigns, route-specific content and destination storytelling that turned unfamiliar European travellers into active bookers. Deployed AI content operations, personalisation agents and automated CRM workflows. Result: +40% revenue growth from €550M to €750M. Ambition: >€1B by mid-2026.
Co-founder. Data-driven brand and campaign programmes across airlines, OTAs, tour operators and travel tech. Destination marketing strategy for the DACH market — including a consulting engagement for TÜSIAD Germany to reposition Antalya beyond all-inclusive: a 12-month seasonal activity framework showing German travellers what the region offers in every season, from hiking and cultural tourism in spring and autumn to water sports, culinary trails and wellness in summer and winter. Designed to shift perception from a mass-market beach destination to a year-round experiential travel choice.
International marketing strategy across social media, SEO, email and PR. Operated across EU and MENA markets. Result: measurable uplift in brand awareness, significantly reduced average response time across key European markets.
Built up Air Ambulance brand internationally; managed BD & campaigns. Accelerated quote-to-flight and introduced KPI dashboard. Result: 5-year targets achieved in 3 years, +5 Learjet 60XR, Ministry of Health deal, +60 team members, win rate ↑, time-to-quote ↓, transparent reporting.

Two flagship projects that define the scope: a full airline rebrand with intelligent IBE design, and a proprietary RAG-based AI system built independently for dual-brand marketing operations.
I redesigned airtuerk from its appearance to its marketing operations: fresh corporate design, smart IBE portal with shortened booking paths and an omnichannel setup that performs.
Outcome: Faster bookings, higher CVR, stronger partner visibility. A consistent, contemporary brand image.
Designed and built a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) model connected to live company knowledge bases. The system delivers AI-assisted answers to branding and marketing questions for both internal teams and external stakeholders — in the correct brand voice, every time.
Outcome: Brand voice consistency at scale across all channels and markets. Content production time reduced significantly. Built independently — the architecture, prompt design and knowledge base structure were all self-developed. Likely one of very few aviation CMOs in the DACH region to have deployed this independently.
