Established and managed the marketing organisation (strategy, budget, team of 5+ FTEs). Complete rebranding and in-depth IBE/portal UX upgrade. Scaled AI content ops and personalisation; end-to-end orchestration of airline campaigns via social media, SEO and CRM. Result: +40% revenue growth from €550M to €750M and successful brand repositioning. Ambition: > €1B in revenue by mid-2026 together with airtuerk holidays, airtuerk Service GmbH and AT Systems.
Co-founder; data-driven brand/campaign programmes; P&L. UX and graphic design for fintech, pharmaceuticals and airlines. Built up a network of specialists/freelancers.

I redesigned airtuerk from its appearance to its marketing operations: fresh corporate design, smart IBE portal with shortened booking paths and an omnichannel setup that performs.
Outcome: Faster bookings, higher CVR, stronger partner visibility. A consistent, contemporary brand image.
I sharpened Redstar Aviation's visual and operational image: I revamped its corporate identity, developed mock-ups and visuals, and built a data-driven core – the RedCon Data Dashboard.
